In April 2020, The Grace School was named a Green Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. To qualify for this honor a school must:“…strive for 21st-century excellence by highlighting promising school sustainability practices,” including: (1) reducing environmental impact and costs;(2) improving the health and wellness of schools, students, and staff; and (3) providing effective environmental and sustainability education.”
