Once you have completed the inquiry process, our Admissions Team will reach out to you to schedule your attendance at an upcoming open house or tour. These visits give families the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our programs, community, and our application process.
Our Application Process:
- After attending a tour/open house families are invited to apply using our online application portal. The application fee is $50.00
- Kindergarten students will be scheduled to attend a Grace School Playdate to evaluate your student in February.
- Applicants in grades 1-8 will be scheduled to attend a Placement Fair in February.
- Decision letters are sent out the first week of March.

– October Open House: Saturday, October 25, 2025
– November Open House: November 15, 2025
– January Open House: Saturday, January 10, 2026
Application Information:
Admissions Application Deadline: January 23, 2026**
– Grace School Playdate (Kindergarten): February
– Placement Fair for grades 1-8: February
Enrollment Information:
– Decisions Sent: First week of March 2026
– Enrollment Deadline: First week of April 2026
– Kindergarten: Accepted Students’ Night: May 2026
– Grades 1-8: Commitment Day Celebration: May 2026
Financial Aid Information:
– Your Financial Aid Application is due at the time of your application.
Please note that Financial Aid funds are limited with awards prioritized as follows:
– Returning families and employees who meet the December 31st Deadline — Awards will be included with invitations to re-enroll at the end of January.
– New Families — Financial Aid awards will be included with Admission Decisions.
**Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a rolling basis as space permits.

Affording The Grace School
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $14,134.
To invest in a Grace School education will be among one of the most important and rewarding decisions your family will make. We recognize the many sacrifices our families must make in order to provide this education for their children.
Through our financial assistance program, we strive to make this opportunity as accessible as possible for our families. We partner with FACTS Management Company to provide a convenient resource and location for all of our families to apply for tuition assistance.

– Meeting Street Employees: 30%
– Sibling Discount (2+ children attend The Grace School or Meeting Street’s Early Learning Center): 10% oldest child
